Research Tools

Bio-research and self-tracking software, starting with a migraine elimination-diet tool built for a family member — food lookup, menu translation, and a food/symptom correlation journal.

The first entry is Utrition — a personal tool suite for managing a doctor-prescribed elimination diet, built for Jamison's mom. An early prototype exists as a single-file React app: synonym-aware food lookup returning an allowed/avoid/conditional verdict, category browsing, an ingredient-label reference for hidden triggers, and a compliant meal-idea generator.

The planned build takes that prototype's validated patterns into a real, deployed app and adds the diagnostic core it's missing: a timestamped food + symptom journal that surfaces the food window preceding each symptom event, followed by a doctor-coordinated reintroduction-protocol tool and a menu-photo analyzer.

Status

Planning is complete and an early prototype exists; it hasn't been scaffolded into a real repo yet.

Updates
