SCORMble
An agentic harness for building genuinely interactive SCORM eLearning packages — branching scenarios and adaptive assessment instead of the usual linear slide-deck-and-quiz export.
SCORM is the packaging/runtime standard most corporate and academic LMSs still expect, but the tooling built around it overwhelmingly produces static, low-interactivity content because building anything richer by hand is slow and specialized. SCORMble is a Claude Code-style pipeline — skills, subagents, and validation hooks rather than a single generation call — that takes source material in and produces a real instructional-design pass (with a human review gate before interactive components get built out), interactive components, SCORM 1.2 packaging, and automated validation out. Planned as an open-source harness, not a hosted service.

Concept stage — target spec, positioning, and review-gate structure are locked; build is deliberately held until the underlying generation pipeline is ready. No repo yet.
